Singhbhum Strickers were doing exceptionally well up until a few matches ago, but are now struggling even to get into the next round. A loss here will certainly push them out of the competition and that is exactly what they will be looking to avoid. A win, however, will be enough to take them ahead of the Dynamos and it will not come down to the net run-rate.

As it currently stands on the points table, they are placed fifth with four wins and five losses from their nine matches. They have 16 points to their name and a win here should be enough to push them to the next round. In the tournament so far, they have relied heavily on Aryaman Sen and Mohit Kumar to do the heavy lifting with the bat. They have not disappointed too, with Aryaman scoring 233 runs in total and Mohit Kumar contributing with 157 runs.

On the bowling front, however, they have not been as good with only Sonu Singh doing a substantial job. He has picked up 7 wickets up until now at an average of 27. They will need more support from the bowlers to produce a winning effort. If they can do that here, they would certainly be in the driving seat to get past the Dynamos.

Dhanbad Dynamos

Dhanbad Dynamos got off to a terrible start in the competition, losing both of their opening two matches by substantial margins respectively, but have bounced back beautifully. They are extremely well placed to get to the next round and staying undefeated here would be enough for them to get to the next round.

Their campaign hasn't been too different to Singhbhum Strickers in terms of wins and losses, it is a no-result that has worked to their advantage. Thanks to that and of course four wins, they have a total of 18 points to their name, keeping them to the fourth spot at the moment. Another win here will certainly seal their chances and that is exactly what they will be aiming for.

On paper, they have a decent side with a fragile batting order. The likes of Prakash Munda and Vikash Vishal have done well, but not consistently enough. They do have a slightly better bowling unit with Pratik Ranjan topping the charts for them. He has 9 wickets to his name, coming at an average of 15 and a terrific economy rate of 5.42. All in all, they are on a two-match winning streak at the moment and if they are able to continue performing as they have in their last couple of matches, getting past them could be a mighty difficult task.
