The Tallawahs played brilliantly and got past the St. Lucia Kings in a comprehensive manner.
Can they carry that momentum with them into the next match?

Guyana Amazon Warriors
The Guyana Amazon Warriors were crushed by 87 runs in Qualifier 1. They gave up too many runs to begin with and were always under pressure trying to chase that. As a result, their strong batting lineup was not able to come to the party.
One bad match does not make their team weak, though. They still have a lot of batting firepower in their ranks. Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Shai Hope, Shakib Al Hasan, and Shimron Hetmyer have done well in CPL 2022. They also have three genuine all-rounders in Keemo Paul, Romario Shepherd, and Odean Smith.
The bowling was really put to the sword by Rakheem Cornwall and Azam Khan in the previous match. Only Romario Shepherd emerged with respectable figures. The bowling is probably more of a concern at the moment than the batting.

PR Stirling, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Shai Hope, Shakib Al Hasan, Shimron Hetmyer, Keemo Paul, Romario Shepherd, Odean Smith, Gudakesh Motie, Junior Sinclair, Imran Tahir.
The Jamaica Tallawahs were propelled by a couple of impressive innings by Brooks and Nabi with the bat that led them to victory against the St. Lucia Kings. Of course, it was not just about the batting, a brilliant bowling performance from the spinners ensured that the target was never under threat.
Mohammad Amir picked up an early wicket after which Imad Wasim, Mohammad Nabi, and Fabian Allen kept things under control. This bowling attack is the biggest strength for the Jamaica Tallawahs going into Qualifier 2 as well.
The batting lineup for the Tallawahs could have done better but we think they would not be too unhappy with the fact that Brooks and Nabi led from the front. Their best batters in CPL 2022, King, Powell, and Reifer, did not make much of a contribution.
Having more players in form is always a good thing and a positive sign for the Tallawahs ahead of this knockout fixture.

GAW vs JT Toss Prediction
The team that wins the toss is likely to want to bat first. That has been far more advantageous for teams and we think that should be taken into consideration while placing your bets.

Pitch and Conditions
The weather forecast for this match is quite decent. The pitch is expected to be slow and helpful for the spinners. The inning that Rakheem Cornwall played in QUalifier 1 was a freak knock. no one else apart from him really managed to have that sort of impact. We think a par score is somewhere closer too 150-160.
GAW vs JT Betting Tips
We are going to back the Jamaica Tallawahs to win once more. They have a superb set of spinners at their disposal and while their batting is not the strongest, it does have a number of different players in good form. Guyana is a bowler-friendly venue and the team with the better bowling attack should come out on top.
Bet on the Jamaica Tallawahs to win.
