Trustworthiness

Given that RokuBet is still very new, we cannot make a final judgement about how trustworthy this betting site is. But from what we have seen during our research, RokuBet is generally well-reviewed, and players seem to be happy here.

Most reviewers give the betting site positive remarks, criticising only minor issues, which are not worrisome at all. We’ve also found some positive player reviews, which gives us hope that RokuBet is doing everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction.

Indeed, there is not a single complaint about them on AskGamblers, something we have rarely seen even for very new betting sites.

At the same time, RokuBet only has a Curacao license, which is never our favourite. This betting site does welcome customers from many different countries, but also exclude customers from regions where the Curacao license is not sufficient. As such, we can certainly consider RokuBet trustworthy. They are doing their due diligence and we hope they continue along this path in the future.

Cricket betting and other sports

Cricket is our main focus, and we must say that RokuBet is doing a great job in this area. Cricket betting is featured among the top sports in the sportsbook. Depending on how big an event is, we found at least two dozen and up to over 100 markets for a given match. So, a Twenty20 Big Bash league match will feature a lot of cricket betting options, whilst the Oman D20 League may not be covered quite as well.

At the time of our review, cricket events available for betting included:

RokuBet brings us one of the best cricket betting selections we have seen in a while, especially from a site that is still quite new.

Beyond cricket betting, RokuBet’s sportsbook has a lot more to offer. There are easily over two dozen sports to bet on as well as a handful of eSports. You will be able to find solid odds for football, tennis, golf, bandy, futsal, rugby, American football, basketball, baseball and much more. Additionally, fans of kabaddi can look forward to a decent selection of matches and markets to choose from, which we’re quite happy with.

Of course, live betting is also available and plenty of it. They even have live streaming available for a good number of matches, though you have to be logged into your account to view a match live. Still, we were happy to see it’s possible, especially since newer and smaller bookmakers often don’t have live streaming.

Games and more

The atmosphere at RokuBet is distinctly playful, even more so when you visit the casino. One is inclined to think of RokuBet more as an online casino because of this, though their sportsbook clearly is not an afterthought.

The casino offers an excellent selection of game providers, including Microgaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, ELK Studios, Yggdrasil Gaming, Push Gaming and many more. The library of games is not as massive as elsewhere, but that is mostly owed to the smaller selection of game developers. Still, you could hardly be asking for a better choice of games, which includes tons of slots, great table games, card games and one of the best selections of progressive jackpot games we have seen in a while, including Mega Moolah.

The live casino is also very good with games from Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play. Here players from India will be able to enjoy Andar Bahar and Teen Patti, which we appreciate.

There is really nothing we feel the need to complain about here, so we shall leave it at that.

Bonuses and promotions

The promotions at RokuBet can be found under the ‘More’ link, which drops down and offers its own section for promotions. Here new customers can find two welcome offers, one for the casino and one for the sportsbook.

The sports welcome bonus gives new customers a 100% deposit bonus and up to INR 7,500. A minimum deposit of INR 500 is required to claim the bonus.

The bonus must be wagered 20x on odds of 1.8 or higher (single or accumulator bets) at the sportsbook before the bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The bonus is valid for 30 days.

If you prefer to get the casino bonus instead, you can look forward to a 100% match bonus and up to INR 22,500. However, this bonus must be wagered 40x and is only valid for 7 days. And not all games contribute the same when wagering this bonus.

We do find both bonuses somewhat strict when it comes to the terms and conditions, which is why we don’t necessarily recommend that you claim the full bonus amount.

The welcome bonuses aside, RokuBet also offers reload casino and sports bonuses each week and there is the RokuCasino Check-in, which seems to be their loyalty program, where you can reach bonuses, win free spins or get cash prizes. It’s unclear whether this also applies to the sportsbook, however.

Banking options

Thankfully, RokuBet provides a separate page for payments, which is where you will find everything you need to know about making deposits and withdrawals at RokuBet.

No fees are charged, and payment options are country specific. Customers from India will be able to use:

Finally, there is a separate page with information about the AML and KYC policies, which you should read carefully. We generally recommend that you get your ID verified before making your first withdrawal request, which is true for RokuBet as well.

Support

Whilst we have seen it mentioned that RokuBet provides 24/7 customer service, you may well find yourself waiting for a reply when you ask a question via live chat. The little orange speech bubble at the bottom right-hand corner does pop up and will tell you that the team is online. You ask your question and then have to wait for someone to respond. When we asked them a question, it didn’t take too long for them to get back to us, which we appreciated.

If you have no time or a reply can wait, there is also an email option available, which may be convenient for longer queries as well. A phone number is not available, however.

When we engaged with the customer service team, they were friendly and definitely helpful. We had a brief but very pleasant exchange, which will hopefully also be the case if you have more questions or even a problem that needs solving.

Additionally, there is a small FAQ section, several other informative pages and the comprehensive terms and conditions, which leaves little to be desired in this area.

Software

As we have mentioned above, RokuBet feels quite playful. It is set in the jungle, there are some native inhabitants populating the various sites and it is a colourful design, though not garishly so.

The layout is certainly classic, but the site still feels quite modern. The navigation is intuitive and user-friendly. We always found everything we needed quite easily, and it was an overall pleasant experience.

The mobile page is also great and lacks no functionality in comparison. There are even mobile apps for Android and iOS, which is super convenient and will make everyone who likes to bet and play on the go quite happy.

Summary

Given just how new RokuBet still is, we found them to be very professional and great in many different aspects. The cricket betting options are excellent and there are plenty of other sports to bet on, including kabaddi, which is quite rare indeed.

The casino is also great with plenty of great game providers, a good selection of live tables and even some of the best progressive jackpot games.

Plus, you get great customer service, plenty of information on the homepage and very little that is amiss here. The only thing we really want to see here are further European gambling licenses as we find the Curacao one insufficient. But we could not find a single reason not to recommend RokuBet as your cricket betting site.
