Lottoland has been around long enough to establish a reputation of trustworthiness. They are licensed not just in Gibraltar but also in the UK by the Gambling Commission, which is one of the strictest gambling jurisdictions around.

Football is obviously the most popular option right at the top, but cricket follows immediately afterwards, though at the time of our review there were only 9 matches to bet on, though they were all live or coming up.

Navigation is easy. Simply pick the match you want to bet on and locate the drop-down arrow for all the markets available for that match. You’ll find betting options that include:

You’ll get your refund within 72 hours and have to then claim your free bet within 7 days, or it will expire.

Beyond that, we couldn’t find any other promotions or offers at Lottoland, though it is always worth checking whether there are any bonuses or current offers available.

Banking options

Lottoland doesn’t go overboard with the payment methods they offer. You’ll be able to make deposits and withdrawals using credit cards, Neteller, Skrill or UPI payments, which is definitely handy. 

There is not a lot of information to be found about banking at Lottoland. You’ll have to visit the FAQ section to get more details, though we’re missing a dedicated page for payments, which would also advise of transaction times and limits.

It is worth noting that the minimum deposit regardless of payment option is INR 300. 

Additionally, if you make a withdrawal request for a deposit that you have not played full through (usually at least once), a fee may be charged for your withdrawal request.

Of course, you can first peruse the FAQ section and browse through all the information available on the website. 

Interestingly, some have given the customer service at Lottoland excellent reviews, whilst others have not had good experiences. Your mileage may vary.

Software

Whether you like the look of the Lottoland site really depends on where you are. The landing page does not look good. It all feels a little dated, without much effort put into it and you wonder what kind of taste the web designers had here. It’s bland and just not great.

If you visit the casino, you will find a modern software, though. Aside from the main menu, which still gives us the bland look and green on white colours, the actual game section is dark blue, with a user-friendly sub-menu and it loads quickly as well. Using the casino is definitely pleasant, though one wishes the main menu would fold away or something.

The sportsbook is more in line with the rest of the site, opting also for a white background and plenty of green, though it is a much darker green, which is more pleasant to look at. The sportsbook is well-organised, however, and easy to use.

On that note, Lottoland isn’t particularly difficult to use no matter where you are on the site. It’s just not all that good-looking or modern in many areas, which is a shame.

Summary

Lottoland is a gambling site that wants to do it all. Except for poker, perhaps. But maybe they will offer that in the future as well. What started out as a service that made it possible to bet on international mega lotteries has since added an impressive online casino and solid sports betting.

The sportsbook does have its limitations and is mostly suited to casual bettors who prefer betting on live or upcoming events. You won’t be able to bet on any events further in the future.
