Trustworthiness

LiliBet has been around for a little over a year and seems to be doing reasonably well. The casino received a very good rating at AskGamblers, where many reviewers have left positive comments and only few complaints have been filed.

That is good to see and allows us to judge LiliBet on its own merit because the operator only has a Curacao license, which is not our favourite and not an indicator of trustworthiness in itself.

Other reviewers have given LiliBet favourable reviews, considering the bookmaker trustworthy enough.

As usual, with new casinos and sportsbook, we recommend that you don’t go all in right away. This means you should not necessarily claim the full welcome bonus, make small deposits and bets first and request multiple withdrawals to thoroughly test the bookmaker. In our research, we found that the bookmaker appears to have low winning limits, which is something to look out for as well.

Cricket betting and other sports

LiliBet certainly has a stronger focus on casino gambling than on sports betting. This means you should not expect too much from the sportsbook, but when it comes to the variety of sports to bet on, they are doing quite well.

Cricket is also available at LiliBet and at the time of our review, we were able to find odds for the following events:

That’s a decent offering, especially the inclusion of future events such as the Ashes or the T20 World Cup. 

Depending on the event, we found between 10 and 39 markets, which is much less than many other sportsbooks offer. Here it becomes obvious that LiliBet is not necessarily first choice as a sportsbook or as a cricket betting site.

As mentioned, plenty of other sports are available in the sportsbook, including the popular options of football, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, golf and much more. Some eSports are also available to bet on.

In general, the odds are high, which is worth pointing out. But, again, we’ve heard of win limits, so keep an eye out on that.

Live betting can be accessed via a separate section, where dozens or even hundreds of current and upcoming games are covered each day. Whilst there is no live streaming at LiliBet, you can view a score center on the right-hand side, where a few game stats are available.

Games and more

In the main menu, the casino and live casino receive top positions, confirming that LiliBet is more an online casino than a sportsbook. The casino features hundreds of games from developers such as iSoftBet, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Microgaming, Push Gaming and many more. The selection of providers is excellent, and you can expect to find some of the best games currently available here.

Since the casino only has a Curacao license, big jackpots are not part of the portfolio, though smaller jackpots from Yggdrasil Gaming can be found here.

Promotions and bonuses

New customers at LiliBet can claim a sports or a casino welcome bonus. Both bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement of INR 2,000 and a maximum value of INR 30,000. The sports bonus can be requested via customer service once the initial deposit is wagered once on sports events. When the bonus is issued, the bonus money and deposit must be wagered 7x on sports events, which includes pre-match and live betting options.

Wagering must be completed within 14 days, after that remaining bonus funds and winnings from bonuses will be cancelled. If you meet the wagering requirements, your maximum withdrawal is 10x the deposit amount. Those conditions are quite strict and only achievable when you make a smaller initial deposit rather than claiming the whole amount.

If you wish to use the casino bonus instead, you can claim it right away with your first deposit. Bonus and deposit money must be wagered 30x within 7 days before a withdrawal is possible. Again, the maximum withdrawal is 10x the initial bonus amount. And if you use your casino bonus for sports bets, the bonus will be cancelled.

Overall, not the most customer-friendly bonus conditions.

Beyond the welcome bonus, LiliBet offers event-based bonuses for football events or others, which are available for a limited time. You may also be able to find free spin bonuses, tournaments or spin the Prize Wheel.

Finally, LiliBet offers a VIP program, which requires a minimum monthly turnover to rise in the ranks from member to silver, gold and platinum. Each level comes with more benefits, which include faster payouts, birthday presents, special offers, higher bet limits and exclusive gifts.

Banking options

LiliBet has a separate page for payment options, where most of the available deposit and withdrawal methods are listed, including transaction limits, fees and transaction times.

LiliBet imposes maximum daily, weekly and monthly withdrawals of INR 450,000, INR 750,000 and INR 1,500,000, respectively. Whilst we don’t like to see such limits, they are often imposed by smaller bookmakers and casinos.

Support

Customer support at LiliBet is available 24/7. You will have the option to click the ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom of the page and send and email inquiry or fill out the form on the website to ask your question. Additionally, you can also click the live chat window on the left-hand side of the screen, right below the main menu. The little speech bubble present on the right-hand side of the page will only ask you to leave a review.

Oddly, the live chat window then opens on the right-hand side, where you have the option of entering your name, email address and phone number, though none of this seems to be mandatory to start the chat.

If you only have general questions, you can also browse the FAQ section, which lists a handful of useful questions, or peruse the terms and conditions for more detailed information.

Overall, plenty of information is readily available even without asking the customer service team, which is helpful.

Software

On the surface, the LiliBet homepage seems well-organised. The sportsbook takes up the centre of the screen with the main menu sitting to the left and the bet slip to the right. Both menu and bet slip cannot be folded away, which seems a waste of space. This is where the mobile page is preferable as the main menu folds away and the bet slip can be reduced and left at the bottom of the screen, leaving the sportsbook to take up most of the screen.

Overall, the design is pleasant and easy on the eyes. The navigation works intuitive enough and there aren’t too many unnecessary gimmicks.

The casino would benefit from more filter options for games. We can’t filter according to slots and table games or even sort according to provider. Only Playson and Yggdrasil games get a filter option, which is strange. Since the filter options aren’t particularly useful, you may find yourself scrolling endlessly through the games, unless you know the name of the game you’re looking for and use the search function.

We’ve also had some glitches when scrolling through the various parts of the casino and sportsbook, encountering difficulties with the pop-up live chat window, which wouldn’t close again and only disappeared when we navigated to a new page.

There are no dedicated sports betting apps either.

Summary

LiliBet strikes us as a good casino and a solid sportsbook, and whilst there are some decent cricket betting options, it wouldn’t be our first choice for cricket betting. There is much to like about LiliBet, but there are also a few things that need to be improved.

We would like at least one more gambling license, of course. The bonus conditions are also not great, and the casino needs to be better organised. 

But the selection of games is very good and there is a choice of promotions, which sports bettors and casino players alike can use. 

If your main concern is cricket betting, LiliBet is not your best option to choose. If you are looking for great casino games and a decent sportsbook with high odds, you may just want to check them out.
